Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon receiving your order. If there's a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photographs and descriptions of the issue. If there is a problem with your order we will do everything we can to assist you.

Please note that we can only provide assistance for inquiries made within 48 hours of receiving your goods; any requests made after this time frame will not be accommodated or if the product has been used. 

As most of the items we create are customised and/or personalised they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Following placement of your order, if you change your mind about your design, we are happy to make adjustments to accommodate your needs (prior to printing).

Following placement of your order, if you change your mind about your design, the products you have selected or wish to cancel your order, this does not entitle you to a refund. As soon as orders are placed, stock is ordered and design time is allocated for your order.

If an incorrect/incomplete address is provided and your order cannot be delivered as a result, this does not entitle you to a refund.

Postage costs will not be refunded if a refund is applicable.

We do not take responsibility for loss or damage to your package.

We are not responsible for postage delays that occur after your order has been posted.

Chocolates - We take no responsibility for melted or damaged products. Once the chocolates leave our premises, we have no control over them, and though we do our best to ensure they are kept cool and handled with care, our chocolates leave our premises in optimum condition. In the rare event they do arrive melted, damaged or with delay, we cannot be held responsible.

MISSING PRODUCTS

If you believe that your order is missing a quantity of items, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the goods, we will then review your packaging recording to identify your claim, and if an error is detected, we will send out the missing items immediately.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if Australia Post has confirmed delivery (including left in a safe place).
