AK Designs is based in Melbourne, Australia and currently ships Australia-wide using Australia Post.

If you require your order urgently, we recommend selecting Express Post at checkout. Please note that Express Post speeds are not guaranteed by Australia Post and may be affected by factors outside our control.

Order Processing

All orders are custom-made. Production time varies depending on the product and current order volume.

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.


Express Post

Orders requiring Express Post that are placed after 12:00 pm (AEST) on Thursday, or anytime on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

Please note that selecting Express Post speeds up the delivery service only. It does not reduce our production time unless otherwise agreed.


Shipping Delays

Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery timeframes are outside of our control.

AK Designs is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Australia Post or courier delays
  • Weather events
  • Network or freight disruptions
  • Peak periods (including Christmas and public holidays)
  • Industrial action or other unforeseen circumstances

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels

Once your parcel has been dispatched, the risk of loss or damage during transit passes to the shipping carrier.

If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, we are happy to assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.

AK Designs is not responsible for:

  • Parcels lost or damaged during transit.
  • Parcels marked as delivered by Australia Post.
  • Parcels stolen after delivery or left in a safe place.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

AK Designs is not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage charges will apply before the order can be resent.
